YOUR ROLE
The Sales Coordinator play a critical role in supporting role to the sales & product development teams by contributing to the execution of the overall sales strategy and achieve revenue plans for the HUNTER brand in North America.
- Builds, maintains and ensures accuracy of all sales related documents: Best sellers, inventory reports, costing files, customer purchase orders, product catalogs and line sheets.
- Supports the wholesale team with seasonal go-to-market (GTM) activities such as organizing samples, working with the marketing team, photo studio and helping with presentation preparation.
- Manages and coordinates all sample requests from customers and ensure timely delivery of these.
- Manages day to day communication and follow ups with the customers, product development team, order management team.
- Tracks revenue projections monthly to make sure we are meeting sales targets.
- Ensures milestones are on track by working cross-functionally to support a seamless customer journey from new account onboarding to order tracking and delivery.
